Just made a payment via login to my Vanquis account. Payment made and showing Authorised. BUT after a few mins, here's/following message was being received. 'Your payment has been declined. Was told call was regarding heating and did I have a gas boiler. When asked who was calling was told call was from Dundee! They disconnected the call immediately when told it was a council property. Obviously an unwanted sales call.

They call up to five times a day and despite me advising EVERY SINGLE FKNG TIME that I am not who they are looking for and even having written to their complaints department, the calls don t stop.
