3 calls yesterday and 2 so far today. Asian men, today he said he was phoning me from Future Trends and would only ask me 2 questions. asked if I was Mr ----- I said yes then asked me if the address he gave was mine, I said yes and he went on to ask me further questions. I told him he had already had his 2 questions and was not amused. I had told them yesterday to remove my number but clearly they have not. I am with TPS but this does no good. Who can we complain to? I politely told him that I had told his "National Consumer Survey" that I wasn t really interested in taking part but - as I always do - wished him a good shift. His accent was thick and he either said good luck mate or you arsehole. I will cut you if we ever meet you ignorant cunt.

The line goes dead after I hear a second or so s call-centre background noise. My guess is: Indian spammer/scammers (and probably nothing to do with Scottish Power).

Asked to speak to a Director about "finances" Said calling from CFS Aggresive manner on phone I said didnt want to speak to him and put phone down. He then called back 3 more times. Hopefully he s now got the message. Everthing about this joker screams scam - beware!

If this really is HSBC s fraud dept they are staggeringly incompetent and l am by no means convinced that it is. Question of whether there has been fraud on my account remains unsolved - l was unable to give the exact year that l opened my account - approx 40 years ago - and so failed my telephone security check . May be genuine, but they asked me to repeat the same information re my account so many times that l was suspicious, and would urge caution
