Fourth time this week, calling from "O2". Last time they called, they were from Vodafone. Idiots. Told me I could save £££ on my contract. Just got a call from this number, claiming they were Amazon Business and that our prime service is suspended. They need a payment of £95.00 to correct it. Sounds very 'Scammy' to me.

Said they were calling to offer free inspection of loft insulation because the Government has designated some of the old stuff as "irritant". I asked who they represent and she said they work with a number of companies. I asked what her organisation was and she told me she'd get a manager to ring back in the next half hour. Obvious fraud. They claim to be from o2, wanting to save you money. They actually use o2s own "forgotten password" link do send you a message directly from o2, with a code that they can use to access your account. DO NOT GIVE THEM THIS CODE!

Fraud - claimed to be welsh government doing a survey on employment but the gov know my household is not employed due to sickness and being a full time carer The only companies are HMRC and DWP you should speak to, and they rarely call you without a letter to inform. Or, a letter reccomending to call them to resolve an issue. DO NOT TRUST. They will try collecting personal information.

Rang me and and just breathed in the phone! No talking at all!

Didnt introduce himself, asked for me by name, said he was calling about my debts ( I dont have any so knew he was lying) I asked him to tell me about my debts, he said I was to tell him. I asked if he was a moron and he said " you are a moron debter" . Told him I would report him to the police and have blocked his number... this is most certainly a scammer. Elderly folk beware!!!
