This caller claims to be the PPI Team but is just another one of Mr Lee Paul Mellors companies. He has resigned from 4 companies and held 18 appointments at 18 dissolved companies. Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 16181895xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with Accident Department, Microsoft rep, MCM Solicitors from Manchester, road traffic accident, PPI... Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new?

Line for shared costs, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. I recommend to block the whole 8432632xxx range... People did someone answer this number?
