Claimed to be HMRC But since its a mobile number and I'm tax excempt I'm pretty sure it's a scam

SCAM Caller said that they were from Microsoft and they could see that, every time I browsed the internet, malicious software was being downloaded. I asked what name that had for me which turned out to not be mine anyway. I told her I knew it was a scam and rang off

ALLEGEDALLY from an Internet internet provider suggesting that there had been some illegal activity from my internet. At this point I put the phone down. It is obviously a SCAM. I will be blocking this number.

SCAM Claimed to be calling me about a 40% discount for my three subscription, but had to ask my name and email, indicating to me that they had just gone through a list of Three phone numbers, and it didn't seem very official, so I hung up.

Automated call saying from bank. Suspicious activity on bank card/credit card. Checked online and does say fraud team do automated calls but then will phone or text you… I just don’t press any buttons on phone as you never no.. phoned fraud line to check.. guess what it wasn’t them.

Got call from the number the guy said calling from EDF energy and asked for which energy provider you are using I responded with why you need this information then the call got disconnected immediately got call after few minutes from the same number and now been told calling from British gas and started asking for details about current supplier.

Received a call from this number, from someone saying they where a company called Stay Solutions that organised tours, and where looking for partners to link up with for accommodation for their tour clients. They didn't know my name, they didn't have my email address. I am a bed and breakfast, and they said it was for a group of 5. I can only take 4 persons in a booking. I was suspicious, and I think they are using this telephone number illegally, its a scam beware!

Phoned to say they wanted to refund an amount incorrectly taken from my bank account for my washing machine insurance.

Michael the northerner posing as someone who lives in Ferndown, BH postcode, scamming multiple people out of £1000 for a deposit on a van (van make/model changes). Reported to Barclays, local police and action fraud. Urging anybody else to do the same. This number called me and when I answered, the voice from a foreign male person spoke. I advised that they had just called me but they said that had not done so. This was the second time I received a call like this from another number (07565 827573), within 10 minutes of each other. I believe this was a SPOOFING SCAM and advise anyone who receives anything like this to be on your guard and not give ANY personal information away ... not even your name.

SCAM claims to be Tony from carphone warehouse. My Android identifies the caller as Al Kareem a legitimate company, so i answered, so it looks like they are trying to mask their Id by using that number when they call.

Text job scam on Whatsapp. I never applied for such a thing. There was an “intern” copy pasting the job requirements. The job itself seemed too good to be true. I looked up the actual company said number was impersonating on Linkdin and the roles offered were for experienced workers (not trainees like the scammers said) and had roles for very specific areas of the uk. The scammer couldn't elaborate on where this “job” is based but it could miraculously work from home. They had very bad English grammar.
