Just been called by someone claiming PPI. Before he started I said Please remove me from your list and hung up. They rang again. I didn t answer. They left a message saying Fuck you, Heleh 3 times!!!! I m busy, I didn t ask for their interruption and then they leave this abuse. I m fuming. How do you make an official complaint?

Rings 2 or 3 times every day. Never get chance to pick up phone as it only rings 3 times
Wanted to give me a discount as I was a loyal customer. Then tried to get my bank details and debit card number to check that I was the correct customer. When I put the phone down a supervisor called me back and asked the same questions, when I said that they should know I didn t pay my bills by debit card and that I thought the call was a scam he cut the call.

Multiple calls from high pressure sales people for bitcoin investment. Despite repeatedly telling them I have no interest in investing I am getting calls most days and have been for the past six months from multiple numbers beginning 0203 868 3*** Nothing I say seems to persuade these people to stop harassing me by telephone

I'm getting constant spam calls and email from these people. Told them to stop, they have not done. Never subscribed to them, and there is no unsubscribe button. Company has no respect for anyone. Clearly have no clue about UK GDPR law - Under Article 17 of the UK GDPR individuals have the right to have personal data erased.

I keep an eye on my credit rating and am debt free. I have received unsolicited calls and texts. Called the number in the texts and asked to call this one - which I didnt. I have not given my name or address to anyone. I find this very fishy. They are a debt collection agency, so have the ability to access my address.
