Caller claimed to be from the Green Advice Centre. Might be legit, but I was in the middle of something, so just said that I didn't have time to talk. My number is registered with TPS and this was an unsolicited call.

When they do speak it's to talk about trying to get social landlord to do repairs on your property, but I suspect that's just their latest scam.
