Someone calling himself Steven from Security Awareness Scotland supposedly offering a free home security system in exchange for information about domestic circumstances He made some excuse and apologised when I told him he shouldnt be calling as Ive been registered with TPS for years I dont know what sort of scam it is but sounds extremely dodgy anyone who is security aware should just hang up Number now blocked and reported to ICO

This came up on the phone display as a name/number in my contacts list. Then an Indian voice spoke and told me I was a valued customer and drivelled on in broken dialogue. I put phone down on him. 1471 told me it was this number and the call has appeared in my WhatApp.

Seems like an Indian call centre, have had a few missed calls from several number over the passed few days which I have blocked. I had missed call on my mobile. I phoned the number from a land-line, and at first there was no answer. It went straight to Vodafone answerphone. I phoned a second time, and a man with a foreign accent answered. I asked who it was but he just said "You phoned me!" He then asked what company I was phoning from. He was quite rude and abrupt. Still no idea who it was ????♀️
