Turns out it's a company called Florist-world.com that took 2 euro from her account then took 24 euro every 2 weeks. Who ever called on the Vodafone mobile number 07552467997 was very abusive using very foul language and were not prepared to give a name or other ID.

I received an unsolicited call today from this number. The caller hung up as soon as I answered. I did a quick search of the number and found several scam alerts. Be aware and don't answer calls from numbers you don't recognize.
