Automated call. selling loft foam insulation. when asking enquiring questions the responses were automated like someone pushing buttons to release a voice recording they hoped matched your query but it didn't. Direct sales company cold call.
Fraud. Automated female recorded voice claiming to be from Amazon wanting to give me back £79. Wanted me to press 1 to talk to customer services, to provide my bank details. Didn't bother as never had an Amazon account and can spot a scam a mile off.

Said his name was James Walker. telling me I have unsecured debt. buckled when I started asking him questions and hung up. asking about my finances and from his accent clearly gave a false name, when I asked what company he was calling from he said it isn t a company it the consumer awareness line, but this does not exist. SCAMMING for bank details!!

Trying to send information about funeral plans, this happens a day after my Dad passed away. That call I feel was inappropriate, I know it is something that is going to happen to us all at some point but to cold call is wrong. Thank goodness I answered the call and not my Mum!
