This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. The message claims that they are Supporter Insight UK and performing a survey on behalf of charities, but to rest assured, it was not an urgent call and they would call back.
