A Google search indicates that the number, if genuine, belongs to a taxi company in Stoke-on-Trent.
Again say they are o2 but as I m with o2 they didn t know my name or details so obviously not! Now blocked
Just received a call from this number saying they are calling from HMRC and that I have committed some sort of fraud, they want you to press 1 now to speak to someone at HMRC otherwise you will be arrested imminently! Obviously a scan, when does HMRC ever call people.

SCAM - Left message about being Fraud Department at HMRC. (Should have listened to VM first!) Called back and odd ring like overseas dialtone, answered immediately by an indian sounding man who said he was inspector someone from HMRC fraud and criminal investigations dept, he asked for my name and address and kept me on hold. when I questioned what dept again he read off a London address, and said "In the UK" Hung up immediately. This number called me up to ‘follow up’ after a fraud attempt on my Revolut card. I had actually contacted Revolut as I had another scam call the day before (definitely linked to this one) attempting for me to give a code to add my card to their Apple Pay. They were convincing, and said if I don’t give them answers to the security questions then they can’t block the payments. I believe they had my card details already, so if this has happened to you cancel your card for the account they seem to have and get

Rang once, couldn t understand name of company but heard PPI, so put phone down, rang back immediately and the male operative said, "Why did you put the phone down", I replied, "Cos I m not interested". He answered, "Interested in what" in an angry tone, so I just said, "In whatever you re selling" and hung up again. The phone then rang again immediately and I didn t answer. Didn t like the tone of the call at all, or appreciate being rung back a further twice.
