Called today 30/10/20. No answer, for me it is annoying.

They said I might be due a refund from some form financing I took out in 2011, I new it wasn t me because I was incarcerated from 2008-2013. when I told them this they hung up.

Told me he had detected my wireless connection was slow and they had been monitoring it for two weeks on the DNS server. He said my computer had a virus and needed me to connect to the internet so he could fix it. I told him I was an IT manager and he was talking nonsense and to go forth and multiply. He rang back and replied likewise and called me derogatory names. Don t be fooled by callers from this number telling you your computer has a virus. Hang up!!!

Very bad experience with these rip off merchants...may have new numbers being 0161 6531333 & 0161 5313335. These people have taken your information from genuine charity company and continued to try and claim more money from myself, i got done for ?298.80!!!
