Called 5 times in the last week - I said that to him and he said they don t call off lists and it was the first time they d attempted to call. I had a miss call and I rang back just music so I hung up as I was scared it could of been a scam to get my details.
Insurance. Very suspicious. The caller claimed to be calling about renewal of an insurance policy on my washing machine. He sounded convincing until he said he wanted to confirm my bank details. I asked him to tell me what details he had and he said he didn't have that information and wanted me to give them to him. Naturally, I refused to do this and he quickjy terminated the conversation. This is probably an attempted fraud.
