I called this number back after a missed call from them. The automated system attendant stated "Thank you for calling Plan International". This is a charity organisation for children that I recently subscribed to (2 staff members approached my home) for monthly donations, thus not a rogue caller (for me anyway)

Call center Lady calling from a Health Insurance provider insisting on asking a few questions that would take under a minute. Despite my polite response of not being interested she still pushed so I gave her a chance. They know my full name, postcode and house number and when asked where this data is from they said it’s from a public database. I wouldn’t call it harmful but definitely doesn’t understand the word “no”

Steve Star from some company offering legal advice and help. Asked if I d had an accident in the last 2.5 years or if someone in the family had. I asked him for the source of the information on me. He asked me what I meant? I said that if he was saying I had an accident , he must have some information on me and in that case, I had a right to know the source. He said " we help people , that s what we do" then he hung up - very helpful!!

I have caller ID. The number 00349441210763 was shown which immediately changed to 01213140763, so I suspect the number was spoofed. The first number was probably spoofed also, as I have international calls barred. The caller had a thick foreign accent and I did not understand everything that was said. Recieved a text called number on the back of my card and verified it was a genuine HSBC number they confirmed and reassured me and they stated that I was wise to check. Good on HSBC they had noted 3 bogus transactions.
