SCAM - Asking for money from Royal mail for a package. Rang the number and a voice mail from the ee company played. Definitely a scam!!
I also have been charged £10.00 on my latest bill. I did enquire on the DVLA website for my car tax and MOT and I did ask for a reminder, but I was under the impression that this service was done by the DVLA and not a random company that charges me £10. I've emailed them and they are processing a refund through post office however this really shouldn't have happened in the first place. Many people will sign up for this service and the charges will go unknowing and that's probably how they make their money.
