Scam. Pretended to be O2 and randomly offered me 30% off my bill. He had no information on me, very unprofessional, wanted me to confirm all my personal data. When I suggested this was a scam he hung up on me.

Claimed to be EE/BT offering me a loyalty promotion. Heavy Indian accent and sounded like a loud call center, I could hear other conversations in the background. I have never been a customer of EE. Scam call. He hung up as soon as I asked to be removed from their list.

I was called by this number at 08:18 this morning by someone claiming to be "Amazon Prime" (recorded message) and invited to be transferred to cancel a subscription ('press 1'). The person then asked for my details and, when questioned, told me that it is not possible to contact Amazon directly or my bank over this. The conversation stank so I discontinued the call.

They claim to be a company that blocks unwanted marketing calls then they ask for your bank card details saying they want to deposit compensation payment into your account

Fraud - investment scam

Can only describe this as an unsolicited call to my mobile from a person of ethnic decent in a call centre.Asked for me by name new about a previous accident last November also about outstanding issue.Claimed to be from ABI about how my Insurance company delt with the accident. Given short shift from me..Will be making enquiries as to how they have my details.

These tried to ring my o2 phone today 04-05-2023 ive reported it to o2 as i know nobody from the liverpool area so they have no reason to be trying to call my mobile I answered it and they slammned the phone down on me but i won't be attempting to ring them back From today our prime minister has made all cold calls illegal so im hoping these types are stopped but not holding my breath because they think they are the law and can do as they want!

I had a phone call from 02922229992 clalming to be Eon, who asked if I wanted a 'Smart meter', they wanted my account details.... RED FLAG!!!!! Eon SHOULD have my account details - well, they certainly had my phone number. I contacted Eon and they told me to block the number it wan't them....! To be hones't I wondered if this was some dirty trick Eon had dreamed up - how would THEY know I had no Smart meter..... and how did they get my phone number, no prizes for guessing sorry. They should know whose account the transactions were on Second warning sign - As far as I'm aware Visa don't contact people direct, your card issuer will contact you. So it would have been Lloyds, Halifax, barclaycard, etc

I received a recorded message telling me that an attempt had been made to use my credit card for the sum of £900 and that if it wasn’t me I was to press option 1 (there were no other options) when I called the number back I was told by recorded message that the phone was switched off.

Called me and implied that they were operating on behalf of my estate agent and this was the 'next step' in the purchase of my new property. Tried to get my address details claiming that it was all part of 'data protection' - when I said 'heck no - I'm not giving you any details' then they doubled down on the the claim that they were operating on behalf of my estate. Very upsetting.

Claiming to be from BT - asks to check your Internet speed on Wholesale BT speed check site. Then explains there is a problem with your speed. The. Instructs to download any desk Remote Desktop app to take control of your device.

They told me there were from EE and tried to sell me a phone deals, so I'm not sure if someone is using the book shops number?
