They call scammed People and promise them to be refunded, in fact they call themselves blockchain refund Department. But you have to transfer a percentage of the amount to a Bitcoin account, and from there they make it disappear in a moment. They can be very convincing, they are dangerous.

I just bought a washing machine from boots online and in less than an hour got a call on both my landline and mobile. I was having my hair cut at the time of the calls so I did not answer. This number is also linked to 08454290041. Received calls from both numbers within 15 minutes of each other. Ignored both of them as I don t deal with scrounging parasites.
Called and hung up as soon as I answered. I am registered with the TPS so will be reporting them for breaching that.
