Had this number call but when I said Hello, there was no answer, i repeated Hello 3 times, then they hung up I am so sick of these calls that all i do is say a quiet hello if i do not recognise the number, but I am also being plagued by home sure ref my deceased mums house - she never even had home sure!

I've had so many of these and know it's a scam. My elderly brother went all the way through to speak to someone and realised at the last minute it was a scam so put the phone down but it worried him so much he rang his bank to make sure everything was alright. Cleverly they've linked their web page up to Airbnb's page so when you look for support, it will take you to the legit page, but the booking page is a complete scam! It'll reject your payment when you confirm your booking and offer you the option to do a wire transfer. The scammer will give you "Airbnb's bank details" (confirmed by an agent, Airbnb do NOT have a bank account) to place your deposit into.
