Missed a few calls from these recently, mostly on purpose with me not choosing to answer. Very annoying they have got my phone number!

I ve had that many calls from this number recently it s getting me down. The callers are MKRR a debt collection company but they have no legal right to be ringing and pestering the public. I am wary of answering my phone to any unknown numbers and thank god for caller display! They keep mithering by post as well but I ve been advised to ignore them.

Calls my mobile every other day twice a day. Foolishly answered it last summer and i think it was either PPI or have u had an accident. They still calling me. Very annoying.

Said was from TPS. Sounded like calling from India but said he was in Maidenhead (couldn t pronounce it...). Sounded dodgy, asking me if I was "still receiving nuisance calls and that he could block them" - and he eventually gave up the call.

A machine voice pretending to be Amazon Prime called suggesting that my Prime account was due for renewal and that if I wanted to cancel I should press '1'. I don't have an Amazon Prime account and hung up.

I was visiting my very old uncle when these people called and I pretended to be my uncle. They said that Age Concern had selected them to contact people with mobility problems, and asked if I was sleeping well. Yet another call from this number. Pity I m not living nearby, as I d pay them a visit. BT knows exactly who all these callers are, but prefers to make money out of them, rather than do anything about it.
