I called it back and it rang for 1 ring and again it hung up. checking my phone records I've had a few calls and it is a, "Recently had an accident call" . This a nuisance call. I will be reporting it and blocking it from my phone. WmReply

Immediate update - I got an almost immediate reply to my emails and they say that although this is a one-off £10 charge for a 12-month reminder service for which they make it clear there is a charge (hmmmm) they will process an immediate refund via the Post Office. I just answered a call from this number but did not speak - a trick I use to "fool" automated systems into thinking that nobody picked up. The call hung up after 6 seconds or so with nobody attempting to speak from the other end. This is typical behaviour of auto-diallers so I guess it was someone trying to sell something. I ve added the number to my phone s blocked list.
