Called me twice. Today I checked the number. The pitch: calling from my mobile provider to offer a 30% discount off my bill, then they want to know how much you pay for your bill. If you say sure - they will try and set this up on the phone, or direct you to your provider website. like this is an option, I chose my provider's website, they hung up. Today's call it was the 30% discount again - and hung up.

He told me the usual nonsense about my computer but I told him that I was not interested as I had got rid of my computer because of these scam phone calls. Fraud SCAM Cold call. Indian voice asks you to give long card number as some payment at some time "did not go through". I remember no such occasion with an Indian agent, and if this does happen with any other, they immediately check and enter the card number again and it does go through. I said I can't just give my card number to an unknown caller for an unknown transaction, and the agent said he would get their lawyers to deal with me. I have blocked the number.
