I think this is a boiler room operation, touting for investment. Even after you tell them where to get off, they still call back many times. A boiler room operation is one which hypes "investments" which probably don t exist and you lose your money. Worryingly they knew my name.

This number left a message to call back John (no company name). When i returned the call he tried to sell me a pension. I questioned his methods and he put the phone down on me. Any company that operates in such a way is not worth dealing with.

I contacted this company on behalf of my mum. I explained that I had an agreement with the energy supplier to clear the outstanding bill before the 14th of September. The debt collecting company then called the supplier and they said yes the agreement is in place.
