Question of whether there has been fraud on my account remains unsolved - l was unable to give the exact year that l opened my account - approx 40 years ago - and so failed my telephone security check . This number (01733 347007) is from a scammer. The guy claims to be from the fraud department of my bank and someone tried to change my bank account address but couldn't pass the security check. Hence his call to notify me. He knows my name, address, phone number and the bank that I have an account. I only caught it as I asked him about the phone number that he was calling from. I said I will call the bank directly, then he starts swearing, etc. Be aware of the criminals.
