Not even worth entering into conversation with. Think of loads of Foreign words and say them all in one sentence at once, then keep repeating small parts of the sentence repeatedly. They just hang up :-)

Chap claiming to be "Jim from Unique Preferences" (with a thick Indian accent) wanted to ask me "a few simple yes or no questions". He insisted he was not trying to sell me anything. So glad I ve just looked on hear, did get them to check and they said yes due for refund, lucky I guess for me I didn t have the funds to pay the £400 fee, but did receive lots of calls and also a solicitors letter, all ignored and haven t heard from them since, thanks to everyone s comments think I ve saved some money
