Answered this as they used my local dialling code. Asked if I had had a road traffic accident. I said no and he apologised.
Linked to a life insurance query I made, keeps calling from multiple numbers in the same area code. I called them back and they were quite happy to give my name to the caller, without any ID checks. Very dodgy, do not buy anything from this company as they have no idea about customer service.
SCAM There was a recorded message telling me that the call was from the National Insurance office and that my NI number had been used in a fraud and that I would be prosecuted.
SCAM - Automated Message - Said they were my bank with 2 dodgy payment transactions for me to confirm or deny ... yeah right ...

Zenith rep gave us a free quote for replacement soffits. since then we have been bombarded with nuisence calls up to 8 times daily. we have asked them 3 times to take our number off their calling lists but havent done so, would never use them now anyway !!!!

Told the caller his records were out of date as they were the last time he called.... so I don't think we have anything to discus. Hung up. Phone call purporting to be from Amazon saying prime membership was due, i should press 1 to go to an agent to make payment, they had the wrong amount and the real payment is not due yet, also the call could not be cancelled the electronic voice carried on until the message was over, this very obviously a scam and the bank agrees. This is also the third time they have tried this one pointless!

But after listening to the voicemail they left I found it was this company who gave a call back number or 01527 419 162 regarding Scottish power.
