This is clearly a campaign, though not a very effective one as their automatic dialer does not ring long enough for one to actually answer the phone. In recent weeks I have also had annoying calls from numbers in the same range, for example 03301900598 and 03301900590. I'll just keep blocking them.

HMRC SCAM 07477 169835 - Just received a call from this number purporting to be from HMRC about a letter being returned and threatening legal action and to press One to speak to an officer. Recorded voice message was a female with American accent.
SCAM. Claiming to be from the 3 mobile network offering latest iPhone for £35 a month. Asking me how much I currently pay (I am with 3 and said “if you are calling from 3 you would know that information”) he said they don’t have customer details in the promotion department!!!!!! An automated vioce usually, claiming various things, in this instance, claiming to be an automated message from my 'bank' regarding a suspicious £300 Amazon charge, it then asks you to press a button option to respond. Don't do it, as I recall, doing so ensures you will get put on a list for more calls, simply because a 'human' responded

Cold-calling scam regarding "financial market investments", likely based overseas as the caller's proferred name did not seem to correlate with their accent. Nervous laughter and unconvincing denial from the caller when accused of being a scammer and asked if they were based in Kolkata. Avoid.
Called claiming to Windows technical support. I ended the call and called back. I got a number unavailable tone with an invalid alert. Suspicious. Clearly spam.

It's the tedious call back scam where naive people (marks) call back thinking that it's a local/national number when, in fact, the return call is redirected to a premium rate number without the mark's knowledge. Works well with the drunk, those on drugs, the vulnerable and Boris voters.
Got a call claiming to be from BT Openreach saying our IP Status had been changed from Private to Public and our internet was going to be cut off. It was a very poor quality line in a foreign call center. They weren't able to give me any other details so I ended the call.

Call centre spam / scam. Said she was from a company called MEA (I think). Claiming there was an issue with a life insurance policy, so there would be a problem with a payout. I don't know the company or have a policy with them.
