Had similar experience previously by a different name and they actually only ever printed 12 copies of their newspaper which we had been asked to advertise in! This is how they can seem legal. Phone rang at 7:30 a.m., I picked up but phone was silent. After 3-4 seconds the connection was broken and dialing tone resumed.
