When I said that I already had it, the female caller said 'I know and it is £180.00 per annum and because you have not claimed for three years we are going to reduce it'. This company has been calling our business address informing he is from e-on, asking for personal details. This company is a harassment caller and has called this morning several times with a very aggressive tone. We have had to be firm but he is still persistently calling. We have verified with e-on that they have not had contact with us and told not to give nay personal details. AVOID

SCAM - Person claimed they were from UK Insurance Department / Black Horse Finance. Had my name & first line of my address (somewhat disturbingly) and wanted me to verify further information for a PPI refund, even though I had never claimed for a PPI refund. They wouldn't give me a number to call and when I said this couldn't be correct, the date for claiming for PPI has long gone and companies aren't ringing people out of the blue years when they haven't claimed, he hung up.
