I paid to advertise with this company they never printed my advertisement and kept my money I spoke to the telesales agent Calum Mackintosh who cold called me and he assured me I would get a refund from the MD Mathew Walker if I called back later. I rang and spoke to Mathew Walker who sounds like an illiterate he refused my refund made up a tissue of lies and excuses and said he actually cant issue refunds and the BOSS will call me.......still waiting!! Called to tell me "HMRC were filing a suit against you press 1 to talk to your case worker." Calling and not specifying which ocupant of the premises they want. HAHAHAHA HMRC do not work this way! HMRC can write me if they want to file a law suit against me or they can write my partner if it is her they want! Hopefully people are getting wise to this crap, but maybe not as they keep doing it! :(

We had exactly the same situation happen as described above, Sarah Parker was incredibly aggressive and rude to both myself and my Director on numerous occassions when we tried to question her over her fictional invoice, when i asked to speak to her manager she hung up on me.
