Constant calls from this number, saying they are the pension review team. Each time I asked them to remove my details, but obviously didn t as I received countless other calls.

Immediate update - I got an almost immediate reply to my emails and they say that although this is a one-off £10 charge for a 12-month reminder service for which they make it clear there is a charge (hmmmm) they will process an immediate refund via the Post Office. So easy that one can only infer that they receive many, many requests per day for refunds from people such as me who are totally unaware that they had signed up. Result! I emailed [email protected]

I called it back and it rang for 1 ring and again it hung up. checking my phone records I've had a few calls and it is a, "Recently had an accident call" . This a nuisance call. They left answerphone messages - Claimed to be HMRC and are preparing a lawsuit against you. Call this number immediately. Yeah right, total scam. Worry that some people may be worried enough by the threatening nature to fall for it. They also called a couple of times from 0113 3281205 with the same voice and message funnily enough! HMRC would never leave a message like that so these calls are always scams.
