"Two debits to your ???? account, one £300 from Amazon, the other from an overseas authority... both look suspicious, press 1 to approve payment, or 2 to talk to us". SPAM Claimed to be calling about the warranty on my washing machine; has called every day for over a week but not answered until today. Firstly, they got the address wrong, and secondly the warranty expired a couple of years ago. Now blocked....

This is a scam pretending to be virgin media. Rang virgin and it isn’t their number. Problem with broadband router … nope not happening they don’t ring you they await a call from you at virgin
