I paid to advertise with this company they never printed my advertisement and kept my money I spoke to the telesales agent Calum Mackintosh who cold called me and he assured me I would get a refund from the MD Mathew Walker if I called back later. I rang and spoke to Mathew Walker who sounds like an illiterate he refused my refund made up a tissue of lies and excuses and said he actually cant issue refunds and the BOSS will call me.......still waiting!! I had a call today. There was a big pause and I could hear all this chatter in the background, then they said they were BT, I am not even with BT, I hung up.

When I picked up the phone I could hear a recorded voice gabbling on about pensions. It was the same as I got last week on a different number. It was also the second nuisance call in one morning. I was trying to get ready for an appointment.

This guy called to say he s from Windows and my computer is hacked. He gave a licence number & wanted me to get on line to check it was the same as my computer s so he then could stop the hacker rather than having to shut my computer down. He then gave me his number to call back, got very forceful when I didn t and again when I said didn t have time to do it. Told him he was rude and hang up. Microsoft have nothing to do with this.
