An automated message - has called me numerous times over the past week. I ve tried pressing 9 to opt out. Makes no difference at all, so this time spoke to someone by pressing 5 . Apparently they will remove my number -takes up to 48 hours. Definately the most persist nuisance call I ve ever had.

I was asked to call the number for a validity check. Number rings and then when answered goes quiet. My number is withheld, so that s why they will not talk. These are Agents, probably working for Energy Consultants. The prices they get for you will include a significant commission. They will lie and harass you into agreeing contracts. A voice from this number told me that my national insurance nunber had been cancelled and that i had been involved in illegal activity - i havent! Therefore when it also told me i was going to be arrested unless i pressed number 1 i knew it was a scam!
