The point of the scam is to find gullible people who will believe what they say. They are crooks who once they find a victim will ask them for personal details and /or credit card/bank details "So we can proceed with our refund to you" They then commit identity fraud or empty your bank account. Accident chaser. Immediately hung up when I said I hadn t had an accident while I was still talking. How rude!

Called about accident in the last 3 years, which does not exist. Told her go away you silly b---h and hung up. She phoned back, I cancelled the call, she left a voicemail telling me not to speak to her like that again. Must have hit a nerve somewhere.
