Told him I m not discussing he asked me why & I said I d go to Citizens Advice if I need advice. He told me they tell me to go to a very expensive IFA at this point I ended call & have now blocked the number. Usually don t answer unknown caller no but waiting for a delivery.

SCAM - Claim to be from O2 offering a 40% discount on the lifetime of my contract. All I needed to do was to give the "one time" 6 digit number that they texted me. Saw this scam on a recent documentary and once they get a reply they can intercept important info. Quite how they got my number is a mystery but I assume a autobot or dark web listing. They were unable to confirm my name, I deleted the texts and have blocked this number. DONT FALL FOR IT.
