I was phoned from this number and they claimed to be Telephone Preference Management. They said they were a genuine company and wanted to renew the service that I had set up with them 5 or 6 years ago and would need my bank details.

How this has been given a safe rating is beyond me!! Claim they are from O2 and send a code and then ask for it. They will then proceed to send you a phone by mistake and ring you back in a panic and say they sent it to you by mistake and can you send it back to them. Just hang up!!
