This is the second call i hve had from a 0115 number.Silent call. No one on the line Have to put my answer phone on two ring response,to minimise the effect. Serious nuiaance.

Direct loan company. Not a scam, you've obviously made an application with them. An 0208 number is a standard landline number and not a premium rate number.

There are several negative comments with regard to this number, but I have to say that I am grateful for the call as they are in fact a company that are used by dentists that leave a recorded message reminding you of your appointment. I can understand some of the negative comments, but that is not the fault of the company as they can only respond to the telephone number entered and it only takes one digit to be mistyped for the wrong person to receive the call.

I had a call from this number and was instantly suspicious. I phone Lloyds (PhoneBank) number to be told that this number belongs to the Lloyds Credit Card Collection department (I had missed a payment due to personal circumstances) and they wanted their money. Like most people, I am suspicious of individuals whose language skills are a lot less than mine and have a heavy accent. I got a call from a lady what sounded like an Australian accent, asking about a PPI claim with my bank. She was unable to identify any further information about me, other than the fact I am owed a refund back from my bank. Which she could not identify which bank owes me this money. Well known SCAM company. They con small businesses into paying for poor quality pamphlets for schools that they haven t agreed to pay for.

This number is for C.A.R.S or Creditlink Account Recovery Solutions. They are a genuine debt collection agency so I would suggest speaking to them if they are trying to contact you.
