Called saying they are doing market research for my bank RBS. They said they wouldn’t ask for any personal information, just about customer satisfaction. I’d rather not take a chance when it comes to my banking so I said no and ended the call. Could have been genuine but also could have been a scam.

Zero details. Tried calling the number back and there is no answer. Happy to see there have been a number of queries going on for the same number. I guess it is a scam!
