Presumably a con call talking about an accident I supposedly had some time ago. When challenged they rang off. Not sure what the scam is but it made me feel uncomfortable.
A courtesy call service which works well. It helps to avoid missed appointments, or to start arranging for a different appointment date if you can not make it. I am a regular hospital attendee and this service has a 5 star rating in my book.
