I was getting some stupid survey calls from this number three-times a day for over a month. But when I visited the site other day, I saw a response from the company responsible for those calls and it promised to stop calling if I call their grievance cell at 02036300278. I did exactly that and now I did not get a single call for a week.
I missed a call today from this number. I am a customer.

Spoke to a man with a thick accent, saying he was calling from Manchester, even though the number is a London exchange. Even after he spelled the company name, I still didn t catch who he was with. He would not identify himself or his company properly when asked; I think he quickly said '{RTL Ltd}' but would not repeat the company name or identify what his company did.
