hi mum smashed my phone scam
SCAM pretending to be from 02 but o2 confirmed it is a scam caller. Sent text message and wanted to have the code read out to them. Rude when didn't comply.
I have had three calls in the matter of three hours do not know the number so let it go to answerphone call cut off as soon as the answerphone kicked in.
SCAM came up as amazon re prime membership. On phoning amazon they confirmed they would never telephone their customers re payments. Message sounded reasonably genuine but its a scam so dont press anything, just hang up

Indian chap, allegedly from Carphone Warehouse. Said I could have a 5g phone with 80Gb of data, etc., for £7 a month. Sounded too good to be true, which means it probably is, so I passed. He then complained that I had wasted his time! I guess his next move would have been to ask for my bank details! Avoid!
SPAM The number seems completely bogus because they called me, and I tried calling them back twice or a number of times first of all withholding my number, and then I tried it from a regular number showing it, and there was no answer either. It just said the number was unavailable. So I suspect this is totally bogus. Very annoying because I've been getting quite a few spam calls lately and they are all blocked. Called me up (I was selling a motorbike on aurtotrader), said he was keen on the bike (only having seen the ad). Then asked for my bank details to pay me a deposit. At the time I thought that was ok, but on reflection why would he give a deposit on a bike he hadn't seen? Also wanted to do it in a hurry, so something not quite right. Not saying a scam, could be innocent but felt a bit weird.

Second, robot claiming to be HMRC invoking legal action and to press one to contact an officer. I ignored the call and checked my HMRC account: nothing was wrong. Third time, same shit, just blocked and ignored it.

Just had a call from +44 333 240 0255. I ignored this call. I am registered with TPS, so this call should never have taken place. I don't care who says they are legit, it is an offence to contact someone registered with TPS in the first place. They will be reported. Their call is very much unwelcome!SCAM

024 7630 5294 - This number belongs to furinncattery.co.uk but it has been "hijacked" by some cons pretending they are from Vodaphone. Hysterically, when I said I am not with Vodaphone, the person on the other end asked which company I was with and tried to engage in conversation with me! Heavy Asian accent. I just ended the call and haveblocked the number (as I am not expecting a call from the cattery either!)

SCAM This is a text from a scammer who's taking advantage of the legit cost of living payments. It says it's from the gov. website and asks you to click a link to add your bank account details so that they can deposit the amount in your bank, so beware! Anyone who is entitled to any DWP money will automatically have it deposited into their bank account and upon researching this, I was told that DWP will NEVER text or ring you to inform you of your entitlements or ask for any details.

Utilities Said they were from Virgin media, Indian Accent, knew my name. Said they wanted to make sure is was getting the best service then asked for first line of address and post code, which i didn't give. My view is that if I felt I wasn't getting a good service then I would contact them. All in all an unwanted call.
I randomly got texted by this number saying "Hi, there." at 11:18, which was weird at first but then I texted "who is this?" and I haven't got a response yet. This website says it's an EE number but I don't get why they would say "Hi, there." with no reason of texting me, if anyone has any idea of who they might be, please tell me.
