I m guessing this is some complete time waster.. or cold caller because I got a call from this useless person. And when I tried to call them back they refuse point blank to pick up the phone. All I get is some bogus voicemail message. Either it was a time waster who dialled the wrong number or else there is some bogus cold caller because they never pick up the phone.

So they could be calling you to receive continued subscription for a free magazine. Also I have since found out that some agencies are not aloud to leave messages and are,required to call back.
