There s something very screwy about this number. They ve just tried to call on my landline, it rang three times and then cut off. Immediately I was called on one of my mobiles by the same number but the problem is it wasn t the number I have currently registered with Santander, it s one that was removed from my account about a week ago. When I tried to call back I got a recorded message saying Santander tried to call. I don t know if this is a scam or not but it s a real nuisance.

When I asked them who they were regulated by the women went quiet, so I asked for their FCA number all pension companies should be registered under the FCA the response was I will remove your details from our database and she hung up!
