Likely cold-caller, spam.

I have had two phone calls today from this company First one stating that I owe a parking charge notice that was 60 Now stating its 175 Said if I paid 20 today and if I give my bank details that they would not issue any further court action I explained that I was sat with my mental health support worker at the time and he said he would call back When they phoned back I stated I was unable to make a payment the Scottish guy became very passive aggressive and told me that he would be taking further action and

Has rang 3 times in twenty minutes asking for someone who left the company over a decade ago. Then asking for the person who deals with the energy account (we have a broker who deals with it all on our behalf) and when told we are not interested rings back anyway.

Recorded message that Amazon Prime membership has expired and demands £92 to renew. Never had Prime, so SCAM.

Telephone call from 01505 340340 on 3 March, 2023. Recorded message from unidentified "bank" regarding unspecified charges. Option to select number to process call onwards, probably to enable fraud. Obviously terminate telephone call and block number.

Money has been taken from bank account

Message on my answerphone to say a money transfer had been made from my card (did not say which) in excess of £1000 which was unusual. Same message, and same voice, as made to my phone from 01491576783 yesterday so looks like a scam gang doing the rounds. Watch out.

Lady with Indian accent claiming to be from "The Phone House Company" and wanting to upgrade me to a new iPhone 11. I asked how they have my number and she said from a shared database of all UK providers, although this would seemingly breach GDPR for sharing customer's contact details and wouldn't make sense for the businesses to risk losing customers this way. SCAM I was called by this number and hung up, they phoned back so i pretended to be 10yrs old. He started telling me he liked my voice it sounded like honey, asked if i would marry him in 5 year time, told me that he would ring me later for his friend, asked to meet me tomorrow night and asked me to tell my address. He then started asking if I liked Pakistani boys and i said do you like 10 year old girls and he said yes.. Dirty! do not answer.

Scam call saying they were from VISA

Voice message saying my Amazon Prime had expired (I do not have Amazon Prime) and a payment for £95 was being taken, press either 1 or 2 for different reasons (can't remember what they were). I think this is a scam!

SCAM prerecorded message accusing of tax fraud. Sensing a scam I hung up before hearing more and went to search for who the number came from but found nothing.

A man called to say he was from BT open reach and they had been getting security alerts about my IP address, which had been changed from private to public, so he would talk me through how to change it back on my computer. I told him to get a proper job and get lost.
