I have blocked this number but the company still somehow manages to leave voicemails every few days They never address me by my name and if they name the company I supposedly owe money to its an incomprehensible mumble quite possible as most of their messages are incomprehensible mumbling Scam or phishing

Emma from Proficient Solutions called about an accident I d been involved in. I told them I d report them to theTtelephone Preference Service for cold calling. She put me through to a male supervisor. I told him he same thing and he hung up.
Just posted the comment above and would like to add that I have reported this matter to the Police and BT and want to urge people not to fall victim to this. The Police have investigated it and have said it is a scam. - Be warned.

This number claims to be TalkTalk but is NOT. This is a common scam call where the operator asks you to follow instructions on your computer. NEVER follow these instructions nor give any personal information out. If in doubt, put the phone down. TalkTalk has no way of knowing if you have a virus or whether other people are using your broadband.

This caller claims to be the PPI Team but is just another one of Mr Lee Paul Mellors companies. He holds 7 appointments at 7 active companies, has resigned from 4 companies and held 18 appointments at 18 dissolved companies. Clearly this looks odd!!! Looking at the comments, it seems to me that the caller has been "identified" in many different ways. I can only assume that it must originate from criminal sources.
