My sister who is 81 years of age had a letter recently from MMF Debt purchase & Recovery Phone 0113 887 6867. She has never heard of this group or firm.

Left two messages and asked to speak to a relation that has never lived here. I rang company and they asked if I had the same surname, told them I didn t, they asked if he had ever lived here, then asked for my home phone no. Gave it to her and she said that it had been deleted, I asked if they had my address, lady got very rude and told me not to worry about it anymore and then put the phone down. Why she should be rude to me I don t know. It my address that will have the bad debt attached to it.

Time wasters and annoying, it should not allow to make phone calls and disturb people in their work and leisure time!!!

Chap claiming to be "Jim from Unique Preferences" (with a thick Indian accent) wanted to ask me "a few simple yes or no questions". He insisted he was not trying to sell me anything. The purpose of the call was "marketing". He said his company s partners would be able to make me offers which could save me money. Indian sounding chap claiming to be from BT. Wanting money to fix the is due with the phone. Got my name wrong and did not no any details about me.

We are x directory and TPS registered it was a silent call not impressed. Added it to blocked numbers

had a call about a purchase i made. they offered a lot of freebies ie seeds money off vouchers and a discount off my next order all free except for a small contribution for mail...

I ve received a number of calls from 01384 009244. My system flagged them as potentially fraudulent.

Just called me and i answered. it was as scripted automated message that claimed to be "Linda Turner" repeatedly asking if i ve had an accident in the last 3 years that wasn t my fault. I m registered with TPS so do not know where they got my details.

they have been calling me every day for months. Put number on blocked list 3 months ago and can see they still try and call every single day. Fed up!

its saying amazon sending i phone out and money taken out on a amazon account its scam as i didnt order it

Seemed to know the details of a minor accident I was in a few months ago such as the date and my registration number. The line was quite poor but the person claimed that the other party had finally admitted responsibility (FOUND TO BE A LIE WHEN I CONTACTED MY INSURANCE COMPANY 10 MINUTES LATER). When I asked who instructed them to call me they hung up.

Ive had a call from this number after reeds rains gave them my private details without my concent. Being harassed 4 times a day by different people there. Do not use them, try utility warehouse, got a cracking deal with them!!

rang me 2 days ago asking me to complete a survey based on services I had used before, I politely asked for them to remove me from their contact list and they hung up. had another call from them again today, lady was very rude, told me that if I completed the survey I would not be contacted again. keep calling regarding a minor accident that occured 7 months ago. they say they calling on behalf of our insurance company but we followed up and our insurance comapny had not instructed anyone to call. blatant liers. they have called about 15 times.

on 22 june the above number 0161 8735544 rang my son and said that an amount of ?1500.00 was waiting to be claimed fir whiplash for a accident he had in 2009 foulishly he gave them details including his mobile phone number and said they will ring him on monday 25th june to follow this up. I received two missed calls on same day from UK numbers (I am in Ireland with an Irish mobile) One already has a long complaint file against them on tellows.co.uk and was classed as a questionable recruitment company, but this one has no comments yet. However I did find this number on two other systems with comments about them trying to do a very persistent sale of Google Adwords and SEO services. I will be ignoring any further calls, particularly since they aren t leaving messages.
