I was not convinced by their offer - independent financial review of pension with free legal adviser present? she said they had been set up by the Industry in light of all of the complaints. Call Centre (company ECC?) asking if I had claimed ppi and bank charges and when I said yes she asked if I had made any claims in the last 3 months as banks and financial institutes had been fined for not paying back everything they should. She claimed to be calling me back and I said I had never heard of her company so she couldn't be calling me back. She then appeared to be reading text from a screen and I just left her to it while I carried on about my business and then she hung up.
