This number belongs to a company called Intelling Ltd based at Wythenshawe (Manchester) and Belfast. An O2 customer service representative confirmed that it is an O2 number, or rather that O2 uses this company to sell its services. The Managing Director at Intelling is a chap called Phil Morgan. Number actually shows as 0019798234079 on caller ID but this site seems to drop the 00. This is a Windows security scam where they tell you that you have viruses on your PC and they can fix them for you. Didn t go along with it today and said to them that I suppose they were going to show me errors and warnings in my Windows event logs and they just hung up without any further comment. Hopefully they will remove me from their database if they realise I m too Windows savvy to ever fall for this.
