Missed call from the Bereavement team at Yorkshire Building Society. I phoned them back on a different known number and confirmed that the number that had called me was genuine by getting connected to, and speaking to the person who had left me the voice message.
SPAM - they hang up right away after saying my name (I didn't mentioned it so they must have known).

Someone just called from this no. claiming to be from Amazon. They were female with a strong Indian accent. Said someone had tried purchasing a Canon camera on my account last night in Germany. Called purporting to be from EE and asked about renewal and if I'd like a free phone upgrade. Given that the phone in question is on a business contract and recently upgraded, I would deem this to be a scam. The caller hung up very quickly once I said I didn't want an upgrade.
Quite possibly genuine call from British Gas, but as yet not able to confirm that categorically.

I received a text from this number which is most likely phishing. The text was written in Swedish (I live in Sweden) and stated that I had an unpaid parking debt and provided a link - which I didn't follow. The link was "http://Inbq.link/ZYSDt8" I have no parking debts so can only presume that the link led to a site asking for my bank details.

Number rang me saying it was for an O2 upgrade and when i caught him out on being a scam he kept calling me back from numbers which my phone said was in random countries. O2 would not be persistent for 5 minutes repeatedly calling me from different numbers. Pushy, annoying and fake.

I received a call from somebody claiming to be from SSE. He wanted to talk about a new contract. He didn’t specify whether it was gas or electricity. I asked him to send your new prices by email. He seemed upset by this very simple request stating that it was impossible. I told him to call back when he had sent the email. He rang from this number 2 days later and came out with the same nonsense. He said he was Roger. I hung up and complained to SSE.
